HOW to find the best stimulation for your dog?

Important: Always start at the lowest level and increases stimulus levels gradually The Remote Training Collar has 8 types of Warning Tones, 16 levels of vibration, and 99 levels of shock.

Stimulation level best for your dog: A slight change in your dog's behavior, such as looking around in curiosity, scratching a collar, or flicking his ears, indicates the Recognition Level that is best for your dog.

Important notes:

  1. When testing beep and vibration, you can increase the level one by one. When testing shock function, you can increase up to 5 levels at a time. Do not increase the level in a large span to prevent the dog from being frightened.

2.lf your dog should not vocalize or panic when receiving stimulation, the stimulation level is too high for your dog, please go back to the previous level and repeat the process.

3.When there is no response for the first time, please repeat 3 times to observe the dog's reaction, and then consider increasing the stimulation level.

4.If your dog continues to show no response at the highest Level of Vibration or Static Shock, check the fit of the Receiver. If your dog has long or thick hair, contact our Customer Care Center to obtain a longer set of Contact Points. Then go back to #1 and repeat the process.

If this still does not yield any results, your dog's hair will need to be trimmed around the Contact Points.

Please note that based on 300 000+ sold units 97% Satisfaction Rate means less than a 3% failure due to the dog's natural traits. If after completing all of these steps, your dog still does not indicate that he is feeling the stimulation, please contact our customer service.
